Recruiting Doldrums....

OSU's basketball team sucks. Ok, they don't suck, they are ok. I shouldn't be so negative. It's hard to compete with a rockin baseball and football team. There has to be a lot of pressure.

I wish I was still in college at OSU. It would be so killer to be able to watch a baseball game in corvallis during the spring-not that football players have time to indulge unfortunately. I want to clarify that it would be killer if I was just a regular student. OSU's got a great little baseball stadium. Honestly, if I was still an undergrad there I wouldn't care if they won the NCAA again this year. The scene at the stadium is going to be fun to say the least. Cute coeds galore.

If you are a football player in high school, and Oregon State has expressed interest, you should go there if you get an offer. If you have an offer from Univ of Oregon and you have a choice, do you really want to be recognized as being the "Metro Sexual" team of the Pac-10? Would a uniform that's black on black look better than yellow on Peruvian green? If you care you should go to the University of Oregon. You can design away. Choose color combinations, textures, you name it. Do not go to play football for the Oregon State Beavers. We don't play that. OSU Beavers are straight ballers. Witness.

I feel sorry for the football players who committed to Univerity of Oregon more than any other Pac-10 school. You are signing up with a program that has players design uniforms. Enough said.

Are academics important? OSU has turned into a cutting edge agriculture, biology, computer science, and liberal arts leader. All of these schools are getting an infusion of cash these days. Is it because of football or baseball? I don't know.

The average GPA for freshman this year was 3.5, the average SAT was 1350.
