Oregon State Football Recruiting Review

Oregon State wrapped up it's 2007 recruiting campaign with a strong list of fast athletes. There were a couple strange scholarship offers to players who had injuries during the 2006 season or where shot while on a recruiting visit to New Mexico(our old D-coordinator is now the head coach at NM). On another bizarre note-Mike Riley got a stomach virus on the signing day and was out of commission. Mark Banker had to step in to make calls/visits/news conferences. Amazingly Riley's absence had no impact on their efforts to sign a solid looking class. It's too early to tell, but I am optimistic that this class will have an immediate impact next year. I expect a couple Juco kids and true freshman to make contributions.

The following individuals have signed National Letters of Intent

BTW- Oregon State's baseball team is on track to become a dynasty as long as Pat Casey is the Head Coach. Want proof? Howabout opening the season with a NO-HITTER!
