This is shaping up to be one of the greatest Civil War games ever.
Each team is going toe to toe. Canfield is 16-21 for 208 and 1 TD. No INT's so far. \
Oregon's offense is sick. OSU has to make plays to stop their offense. OSU's offense has to score TD's, FG's are okay, but they need 7 points. So far, too many FG's.
The first half was unreal. One of the greatest first half's ever in the Civil War.

The start of this game was exactly what the beavers needed to do. Start fast. They turned an interception into 6, by going for it on 4th down. After seeing that I thought finally Riley is being aggressive, and not settling for a field goal. They set the tone early, but got scared and went back to there conservative ways the rest of the game.
Yeah Justin Kahut can make field goals, but settling for field goals in a game this big basically tells Oregon we can't beat you. What's the first letter in Field Goal? F right. You can't pass a class with an F, and you can't win football games either!
My question for Mike Riley is Why do you tease us with that brillant start, and then abandon that successful game plan? What disrupted the confidence you had at the beginning of the game?
I will always be a beaver fan, but I'm very disapointed with Riley's conservative ways. I think a change me be needed if he can't learn how to be more aggressive.
F the Ducks I F ing hate there cocky attitudes. They are the luckest team on the planet. They handed this game to beavers, and still found a way to win.
Riley had nothing to do with it. It was the players fault the game turned out the way it did. Check the vid in my latest post. I think the OSU defense got lucky early, but then fell apart. The offense did not establish a running game, but the Rogers Bros were still productive. The defense could have won the game. FG's are scores, and not the end of the world unless your defense sucks.
